When enabled, your files can only be viewed by people having the secret password.
To enable password protection for your links follow the steps:
Access the CloudFiles Content Library. Click on any file to access it's link settings. Click on the respective link of the file you wish to protect with a password.
In the security settings simply select the protect with a password setting. Enter the password you wish to protect your link with and choose save.
Access the CloudFiles content library from any of the HubSpot's records - deal/company/contact/ticket. Click on actions button of the requisite attached file and choose Get link
In the security settings simply select the protect with a password setting. Enter the password you wish to protect your link with and choose save.
Access the CloudFiles content library from any of the Salesforces' CloudFiles LWC. Click on the downward arrow of the requisite file and choose share.
In the security settings simply select the protect with a password setting. Enter the password you wish to protect your link with and choose save.
Note:
This password protect setting can be revoked by simply deselecting the protect with a password setting.
