Businesses have multiple use cases scenario for their documents they may share it internally or externally with clients and vendors or use it for mass communication in their marketing campaign strategy. Sometimes businesses want to share multiple files in the form of a folder. This maybe to gauge interest in different proposals or gain content interest insights.
CloudFiles now allows you to share folders with multiple files with your recipients.
Follow the steps to share folders using CloudFiles links:
Ensuring Folder Readiness
Navigate to the CloudFiles content library.
Create a folder using the New folder button. Add files to this folder using the upload button OR Simply move the files from other folders to this folder.
Navigate to the CloudFiles Widget inside HubSpot in any record.
Create a folder using the New folder button. Add files to this folder using the upload button OR Simply move the files from other folders to this folder.
Next select Add to contact so that the folder gets associated with the account.
Navigate to the CloudFiles Content library from the CloudFiles LWC in Salesforce.
Create a folder using the New folder button. Add files to this folder using the upload button OR Simply move the files from other folders to this folder.
Next select the folder and select Add to attach this folder with the account.
Sharing the Folder
Go to the Links section inside the folder and Choose Create Link. Choose a new name for the link. Set up the security settings for the link and Voila you are good to go.
Once the folder is associated with the account, the page for the security settings for the link will open up. Set up your relevant security settings and copy the link.

The analytics for the folder shared can be viewed by going to the analytics section for the link.
